Baylo Family AI Assistant Just Got Smarter
Baylo family AI assistant just got conversational. Reminders, notes, brainstorming, recommendations, all in plain English, on WhatsApp or in the app.

Before anything else: thank you. Everyone who has used Baylo so far, sent us feedback, reported a bug, or just told a friend about us. The response has been overwhelmingly positive, and the suggestions you have sent in have been incredibly useful.
Today we are turning on the biggest change Baylo has had since launch: real conversations with Baylo, both in the app and on WhatsApp.
From commands to conversation
Until now, Baylo was good at following clear instructions. "Remind me to call the dentist tomorrow at 10." "Add eggs to the shopping list." That style still works, but it made it harder for you, our users, because it didn't give you a chance to speak freely. You had to know roughly how Baylo expected the request to be phrased.
That is gone.
Now you can talk to Baylo like you would to a person, on WhatsApp or in the app. You can create reminders, edit them, look them up, organise notes, share lists with your family or housemates, all in the way you would actually say it out loud. You can also ask Baylo to help with whatever else is on your plate. Brainstorm gift ideas for the party you have in two weeks time. Find a lunch spot near your client's office. Check the weather forecast and add it to your event notes. Baylo is your personal assistant with superpowers.
The point is no longer to remember the right words. The point is to just say what you want.
It works in both places, but if you have not linked WhatsApp yet, that is the way we would recommend using Baylo. It puts the assistant where your messages already are, so you can talk to it without opening anything new.
A few examples of what you can ask Baylo now
It gets better the more you use it
Baylo now pays attention to the things you tell it: your preferences, important people in your life, your plans and what you care about. None of this requires you to set up a profile or fill out a form. You just talk to Baylo the way you already do, and over time it builds a sense of what matters to you and how you like things done.
Occasionally, Baylo will offer to help with something proactively, when it spots a moment that seems useful. You can always say no, and it will quietly back off and remember that for next time.
We are just starting
There are plenty of improvements we are working on, and your feedback continues to be the single most important input to what we work on next. If something is brilliant, tell us. But more importantly, tell us if something is broken or strange or just not quite right.
You can send feedback any time using the feedback button in the app. On desktop it lives in the bottom right corner. On mobile it is in the settings menu in the top right. Anything you send goes straight to us.
Thank you for being here.
