Behind the scenes

What we’re working on: fixing, building, and just finished for your family.

Fixing now

Last updated today
  • Empty Notes

We were told that Baylo sometimes creates notes without content. We are fixing it so that this never happens again.

  • All-day events in Google/Outlook calendar

If you have calendar sync enabled, all-day events such as birthdays block full day in Google/Outlook calendar (all-day busy, basically). This is not very convenient - it should show as all-day free.

  • Meal planner

We can't wait to reveal it. Baylo is a personal assistant now, and soon it will plan your meals! Create your own dream recipes and weekly meal planner for you and your family, and make weekly groceries shopping simple.

  • Apple Calendar / iCal sync

Unlikely Google/Outlook, Apple doesn't allow a two-way sync, but we found a way to introduce one-way sync - every 30 minutes Baylo can check your Apple/iCal and pull new events and updates. Go to Settings - Connections.

  • Colour-picker for synced calendars

If you enabled sync (in Settings - Connections), you can now pick a colour so that Baylo reminders show as different colour from other Google/Outlook events. Simple but very convenient!

  • Behind The Scenes page is now live

For technically-minded and generally curious Baylo users - on this page we will be keeping you up to date on features in progress, bugs that are being resolved and recent changes and improvements. Check back often!

Most of what is on this page started as a message from someone already using Baylo. Something that broke, or something they wished it did. Keep them coming: tap Feedback in the app, say HELLO TEAM to Baylo on WhatsApp, or email hello@baylo.ai. We read everything.

Baylo

You should not have to be the one who remembers everything.

Baylo is a family assistant for life admin. Reminders, calendars, notes and lists, shared with whoever needs them. Type it, say it, or send a photo, and Baylo takes it from there.

Free to use. No card needed.
